Mary Ellen Caponigro

Mary Ellen Caponigro, age 75, passed away July 3, 2023.  Beloved daughter of Michael Thomas McLaughlin and Elizabeth (nee Driggers) McLaughlin.

Predeceased by her husband Arthur Caponigro; siblings, Michael, Elizabeth, Francis, George “Bucky”, David, Joseph, Gerald, Catherine, and Rosemarie.  Survived by her sister, Marge Thornton, and many nieces and nephews.

Mary Ellen volunteered at many places including The Methodist Hospital.  She always had a smile on her face and enjoyed being very active in her community.  She adored her family and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral mass at Annunciation B.V.M., 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA on Monday July 10^th at 11:00 AM.  Interment to follow at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Road, Springfield, PA.
