Mark Steven Collett

Mark Steven Collett, 67, of Broomall, PA, passed away December 11, 2024.

Born January 8, 1957 in Darby, PA, he was a son of the late James M. and Eleanor M. (nee Smith) Collett.

He retired from Northwest Airlines after 30 years. He then went to co-own and operate “I Love to Drive” with his wife.

Mark had a wonderful sense of humor and a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and spending time at the Delaware beaches. Music was another passion of his, and he often played his acoustic guitar. A skilled craftsman, Mark took great pleasure in making furniture for his loved ones. He also had a special fondness for animals, especially his dogs.

Mark was the beloved husband of Mindy (nee Levintow) Collett; loving father of Melissa Preston (David) and Michael Curry (Heather Kaczynski); dear brother of William Collett (Jo Ann); and caring brother-in- law of Kathleen Collett. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces and many dear friends. He was predeceased by his brother, James Collett.
