September 5, 1944 — May 24, 2024

Malvern

Mario A. Quattrochi, age 79, of Malvern, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 24th, 2024.

A man of great warmth and love, Mario's family held a special place in his heart. He was a devoted husband of 55 years to Violet and a loving father to Bonnie and Christopher and daughter-in-law Malyssa. His children meant the world to him and were his greatest source of joy. Mario also had many pets throughout his life that he loved and cared for.

Mario was known for his dedication and perfection in all things. He was committed to his work with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Sun Oil Company. He took immense pride in his home, and enjoyed spending winters in Ft. Myers Beach, FL with family, friends and his beloved dog Honey.

Mario was born on September 5, 1944, on Staten Island, NY, the son of the late Philip R. Quattrochi and the late Michelina Tagliaferro Quattrochi. In addition to his immediate family, Mario is survived by his siblings Philip, Domenic, Michael, and brother-in-law Gene O’Donnell. He was preceded in death by his sister Louise, mother- and father-in-law Violet and William O’Donnell, sisters-in-law Maria and Kathy, brother-in-law Bill O’Donnell and sister-in-law Andrea O’Donnell. Mario was close to his many cousins and extended family, and his memory will be treasured by all who were touched by his kindness and generosity.

In remembrance of Mario, may we hold dear the memories shared with him and keep alive the values he stood for – love and dedication to family and country, love of animals, and commitment to excellence in all endeavors. His legacy will continue on through those who were fortunate enough to know him.
