Margaret Ann “Peggy” Bullard (née Greenwood), 81, passed away on May 12, 2025. She was born on September 12, 1943, in Chester, PA, to the late Albert and Vera (née Heath) Greenwood. Peggy was raised in Holmes, PA, at 514 Amosland Road and attended Ridley Township schools, graduating from Ridley Township High School in 1961. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Albert C. Greenwood and Thomas W. Greenwood.
On October 9, 1971, Peggy married Charles W. “Bill” Bullard. They made their home in Morton, PA, where they raised two sons: Charles W. Bullard II (Jennifer) of Merion Station, PA, and William J. Bullard (Elizabeth) of Turner, Maine.
She was the proud grandmother of four: Alexander Bullard, Mathew Bullard, Sydney Bullard, and William Bullard.
Peggy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was known for her generosity toward her grandchildren and cherished time spent with family.
She had a strong work ethic and was a dedicated employee of Clifton Precision, University City Housing, Stapleton West Realtors as a sales agent, and BJ’s Wholesale Club. Peggy also served her community as Judge of Elections for Morton Borough for 30 years.
Family and friends are invited to Peggy’s viewing on May 17, 2025 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, followed by her funeral service at 10:30 AM, at the Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
