Margaret T. McNamara

Margaret “Peggy” T. McNamara (nee McGinley), born September 25th 1933, passed away on September 10th 2026 at the age of 92 peacefully.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert M. McNamara. She is survived by her loving children Margaret M. "Peggy" (Craig Richie) MA, RN, Michael R. (Linda) PhD, Robert M. (Mary) MD, Peter J. (JoJo) Esq. and Patrick (Barbara) PE; grandchildren, Heather, Brittany, Colleen, Emma, Molly, Rob, Dan, Kevin, Colin, William, Patrick and 10 great- grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Anne McGinley, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.

Margaret was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School, a member of the LaSalle Social Club, O'Mahoney Axillary Association, The Red Hot Society and the Elks Club.

She was predeceased by her parents Madge and Charles McGinley, her siblings Mary Sherrod, Charles McGinley and Winnie Carolyn.

Relatives and friends invited to her viewing on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church 233 Mohawk Avenue Norwood Pennsylvania 19074. Internment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
