Margaret Amanda Gallagher

Margaret A. Gallagher, age 80 of Secane PA, wife of Robert (deceased) passed away on May 25, 2024. Born in Upper Darby PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Elizabeth A. (Note) Andrews. She leaves behind siblings Elizabeth A. Hogan and Deborah Ross, as well as brother-in-law Jon Shaub, and was predeceased by siblings Lois Shaub, Edwina Byers, Ethel Beyer, Doris Bolger and Janet Mahle. 

Beloved mother of William, Steven and Robert Ervin and daughter Mandy Morrison, and mother-in-law to Chris Morrison, she was surrounded by loved ones as she passed. She was her happiest being Grammy to Amanda, Joshua, Zachary and Sophia Morrison, and William, Dominic and Steven Ervin, and they were their happiest being around her. 

Known as Marge to everyone, she brought joy and creativity to everything she did, including hairdressing, cake decorating, crocheting and woodworking. She was so talented, she’d sell her creations at flea markets and fundraisers, and she took special pride in volunteering to help wounded veterans and their families. 

Her family and everyone who knew Marge cherished her as a loving, caring soul who took care of everyone around her. For these reasons and many more, she will be greatly missed. 

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Marge’s life on Monday June 3^rd, 2024 for her  Visitation at 10:00AM to 11:30AM followed by an 11:30 Memorial Service, at Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070.
