Lu Ann Snyder

Lu Ann Snyder, 69, of Downingtown, PA, passed away suddenly on May 26, 2026.

Born on March 4, 1957, in Upper Darby, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (née Cavanaugh) Fossett.

Lu Ann and William K. “Ken” Snyder were married on February 5, 1977, sharing 49 years of marriage filled with commitment and care.

Lu Ann was the beloved wife of Ken Snyder; loving mother of William K. Snyder II (Mandy), Matthew James Snyder, and John Patrick Snyder; and dear sister of Carol Leamy, Thomas Fossett, and Tim Fossett. She was a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. She will also be dearly missed by her cats, Skadi and Sif, who brought her daily comfort and companionship. Lu Ann was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Fossett.

Services will be private.
