Lois J. Felldin, 76, of Exton, passed away in her sleep on July 29, 2018.
Born June 10, 1942 in Fort Knox, KY, she was the daughter of the late Col. Lester E. and Ruth (née Dickensheets) Jordan, both of Wayne, PA.
Lois attended Conestoga High School, graduating in 1960.
She held various office positions post-graduation until securing a position at United States Liability Insurance Company in 1978, where she worked until 1998.
During this time, Lois married in 1967 in Wayne, PA and had a son in 1970.
After retiring from the insurance arena, Lois then took some time off before going back to work part-time at various local gardening centers, in pursuit of her true passion for horticulture, and called Exton, PA home for the past 32 years.
She loved being outside, gardening and flower arranging.
She was particularly fond of her four-legged friends and took quiet comfort in their companionship and gentle natures.
Lois was the mother of one son, Weston L. Felldin and the grandmother of Brandon M. Felldin.
She was preceded in death by her loving brother Lee C. Jordan, of Downingtown, PA.
Memorial Service will be scheduled at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are welcome, to benefit the American Cancer Society or the Chester County ASPCA.
