Lillibeth C. Velasco

Lillibeth Cabatingan Velasco, 66, of Upper Darby, PA passed away at home on April 23, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.

Born in Cebu, Philippines in 1960, she was the daughter of the late Peddy Cabatingan and Virgina W. Velasco.

She was the beloved wife of the late Benjamin Velasco; loving mother of Shaun Velasco, Sherwyn Velasco, Mervin Velasco, Meric Velasco, Jayvi Velasco, Kristen Velasco and Colleen Reilly; devoted grandmother of Mason, Kaylyn, Leah, Everley, Jon Carlo, Dominic, Francsico, Harper and Grayson; dear sister of Rex Cabatingan, Rey Cabatingan, Lorelei Minoza, Virginia Enad, Babe Maglasang, Enoy Olivia, Brenda Cabatingan, and the late Elaine Bitoon; along with countless nieces and nephews she considered her own.

Lillibeth was a US Army veteran then worked as a NICU Nurse in the healthcare field at numerous hospitals all while achieving her master’s degree. She loved being a nurse to help anyone she came in contact with. A selfless woman, she was known to put others first, before herself. She enjoyed gardening and traveling, as well as spending time with family.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 9:30-10:45 AM, Friday, May 1, 2026 followed by her Funeral Service 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Interment private.
