Leslie Ann Teeple, MD

Leslie Ann Teeple, MD, 68, of Coatesville, PA, passed away suddenly April 20, 2026.

Born June 21, 1957 in Wynnewood, PA, she was a daughter of the late William Lyle and Doris Marie (nee Benedict) Teeple. 

Leslie graduated from Haverford High School in 1975. She then went on to pursue her medical degree, earning her undergraduate from West Chester University and her doctorate from Temple Medical School. She served her residency at Penn Presbyterian in the E.R. 

Leslie had a wanderlust and traveled the world. She was a scuba diver and went anywhere the water would take her. She also was an animal lover, an excellent gourmet cook, and truly had an eye for home décor. She was a consummate listener, which made her a compassionate doctor and friend. 

Leslie is the dear sister of John L. Teeple (Kathryn), Mark O. Teeple, and Nancy A. Teeple; and caring aunt of Zachary Teeple, Emily Morrison, and Erin Teeple. She was predeceased by her niece, Betsy Teeple. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2026 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382. Interment is at Calvary Cemetery, Villanova.
