Leo B. Magee Sr., 72, of Morton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, surrounded by his beloved children.
Born in Philadelphia, Leo was the son of the late Leo M. Magee and Anne Magee (née McGinley). He proudly served his country in the United States Army and later found his true calling as a Philadelphia firefighter, a role through which he touched countless lives.
Leo was deeply committed to service and community involvement throughout his life. He was active in many of the communities he called home, including his service with the Colonial School District in Bear, Delaware. He will also be fondly remembered for his dedication as a foster parent, offering care, guidance, and compassion to many children over the years.
Leo is survived by his children: Leo B. Magee Jr. (Elizabeth) of Exton, PA; Jacqueline Magee; and Christine Corson (Brian), née Magee, of Media, PA. He is also survived by his siblings: Mary Beth Currie (Richard), née Magee, and John Magee (Cookie), as well as his eight cherished grandchildren: Ava, Michael, Leo, Samantha, Colin, Elizabeth, Abigail, and Brian.

Leo’s legacy lives on through the many lives he touched with his generosity, service, and unwavering love for family.
Relatives and friends are invited to Leo’s Visitation, Saturday, January 3, 2026, 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by his Funeral Mass commencing at 10:30 AM. Interment thereafter at Calvary Cemetery, Villanova, PA.
