Leo Foley

Leo M. Foley, 85, of Springfield, PA, passed away on April 14, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John B. and Maryann (nee Tighe) Foley. Leo was an accomplished electrician for 35 years at Strawbridges. He was an avid runner and enjoyed college basketball, the Eagles, and loved swimming. Leo was the beloved husband of Helen C. Foley (nee Shea); loving father of Michael Foley (Colleen), Helen O'Donnell (Ed), and Bernadette Serratore (Joseph) and Kathleen Foley; devoted grandfather to Robert O'Donnell III, Kristin Murro, Amanda Levitan, Brendan Foley, Danielle Birzes, and Kevin Wilkerson. He was also survived by his great-grandchildren Nick, Kylee, Shea Murro, and Luna O'Donnell. He was predeceased by his siblings Thomas Foley, John Foley, and Gertrude McKenney. Family and Friends are invited to his Visitation Friday 9:30-11:00 AM at St. Kevin Church 200 W. Sproul Rd. Springfield, Pa 19064 followed by his 11:00 AM Funeral Mass.
