West Chester, PA

Lee Ann Leary Dorazo, 71, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 20, 2026. Born in Philadelphia in 1955 and raised in Ridley Park, she was the beloved daughter of the late James E. and Ann (Cross) Leary.

Lee was everything to everyone and had a remarkable gift for making every person she met feel seen, loved, and valued. She was the matriarch of her family—the one who was always there with unwavering love, support, strength and encouragement. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud Gigi and Grammi, cherished sister, beloved aunt, and treasured friend.

Nothing brought Lee more joy than spending time with her four grandchildren. She never missed an opportunity to cheer them on at school events, sporting events, or any milestone in their lives. They were the light of her life, and she taught them how to embrace every moment with love, laughter, and adventure. Family was always her greatest priority, and one of her favorite sayings was, "Let's Collect Memories."

Lee truly had a heart of gold and made a difference in the lives of countless people every single day. Her contagious smile and joyful spirit reminded everyone around her to never take life too seriously. Whether Bon Jovi's Livin' on a Prayer or Bobby Rydell's Wildwood Days was playing, she could light up any room with her energy and enthusiasm.

She loved bowling, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, traveling to Clearwater for Phillies Spring Training, telling stories from her Grassy Sound days, watching Christmas Hallmark shows, and soaking up the sun at her beachfront condo in North Wildwood, New Jersey—a place she lovingly called her "Happy Place." Lee lived as an example that strength, determination, hope, and family time, can make any wish come true. Her love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew her, and her legacy will live on for generations to come. We will miss you endlessly.

Lee was the beloved wife of 41 years to Thomas N. Dorazo; devoted mother of Amanda A. Hoban (Nick), Tommy L. Dorazo (Stephanie), and Kevin J. Dorazo (Taylor); adoring Gigi to Nicholas and Camryn Hoban; loving Grammi to Jordan and Noelle Dorazo; cherished sister of Lynn Friedhofer, Laurie Tribuiani, and Jimmy Leary; and beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.
