Lawrence G. Stauffer, 62, of Malvern, PA, passed away September 18, 2022.
Born September 5, 1960 in Devon, PA, he was a son of the late Donald Gilbert and Priscilla Anne (nee Richter) Stauffer.
Larry graduated Conestoga High School in 1978. He then went on to pursue a career as an electrician. Working as the electrician on campus at Cabrini University for over 40 years and starting his own family business soon after.
Being a huge animal lover, he would call himself spring spaniel obsessed, owning 7 throughout his lifetime. He loved spending time with them. He also enjoyed taking family vacations to the lake, playing tennis with his brother, daughter and friends, watching sports (specifically the flyers) with his sons and being around family and the ones he loved.
Larry was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. (nee Connolly) Stauffer; adoring father of Nicholas Frederick Stauffer, Elizabeth Barbara Stauffer, and Michael Lawrence Stauffer (Jessica); loving brother of Barbara Olsen (Brad) and Donald Stauffer (Lisa); caring son-in-law of Maureen Connolly (the late Robert J., Sr.), And great nephew of Kathleen Ryan, Eileen Romano (Joseph), and Ed Stauffer (Jill). Dear brother-in-law of Christopher Connolly (Kelli), Michael Connolly (Fiona), Robert J. Connolly, Jr. (Joanne), and Elizabeth Falciano (Anthony); devoted uncle of Jason Olsen (Jocelyn), Brian Olsen, Kristin Britt (Cody), Matthew Stauffer (Stephanie), Thomas Stauffer, Kia Stauffer, Ryan Connolly, Connor Connolly, Megan Ehret (Kyle), Sean Connolly, Mary Radin (Joseph), and Benjamin Giese; and proud great-uncle of Emma, Isabella, Madeline, James, and Luke. He is also survived by his former in-laws: Lois Hillman and Christopher Giese. Larry will be dearly missed by his dogs, LuLu and Otis, and his cat, Gonzo, and all who loved him.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday October 15th 2022 at Cabrini University, starting at 2 PM.
