Laurene "Laurie" Therese Colfer

Laurene (Laurie) Therese Colfer (September 2, 1961-July 31, 2022) passed away suddenly of natural causes after a recent decline in health.  She was a resident of King of Prussia, PA, and formerly of West Chester, PA.  A graduate of The Concept School in Westtown, PA, she spent many years working in retail including Happy Harry’s Drug Store, Acme Supermarkets and Channel Home Store.  She is predeceased by her parents Laurence J. Colfer of Glen Mills, PA and Margarita M. (McLaughlin) Colfer of West Chester, PA.  She is survived by her siblings Kimberly Ann of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and her daughter Rena of Boise, ID, David Hugh of Somerville, MA and Stephen Laurence of Wayne, PA and his wife Lauren (Klotz) Colfer and their daughters Marguerite and Anneliese.  She is also survived by her aunts Barbara (McAloon) Colfer of Milton, MA, Susan (Hague) McLaughlin of Avalon, NJ and nine cousins.
