Laura F. VanElswyk, 80, of Wayne, PA, passed away November 24, 2022.
Born March 3, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Genevieve (nee Irla) Mackney.
Laura was a 1959 graduate of West Catholic High School.
Laura was the beloved wife of the late Harry D. VanElswyk, Sr.; loving mother of Maryann Schade (Robert) and Harry D. VanElswyk, Jr. (Christine Melton); step-mother of Wayne VanElswyk; adoring Grammie of Jennifer and Derrick; dear sister of Henry S. Mackney (Karen); and loving cousin of Geraldine Gilison.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 1, 2022 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 366 W. Lancaster Ave., Wayne, PA 19087. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market St., Suite 2820, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
