Lance D. Lipton, 70, of West Chester, PA passed away suddenly on September 8, 2026.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Merrill and Elaine (née Koons) Lipton.
Lance dedicated his life to healing others, beginning his journey as a Chiropractor and later specializing in nutritional healing. He helped thousands of people over the course of his 43-year career and his passion for helping others came through in his clear dedication to his patients. He was truly a man that always put the needs of others before himself.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Lance was the true rock of the family—always there for them with an encouragement, a piece of sage advice, or a much-needed joke. He was such a genuinely good person, always more than willing to help with any project and having the knowledge on how to get the job done. He was reliable, steadfast, and incredibly loyal to those that he loved.
Lance had a wonderful sense of humor—he was always smiling and laughing, and loved spending time with his family. He loved the islands, especially Exuma, Bahamas, Ocean City, NJ, traveling, and skiing. He had a penchant for wearing bright, loud patterns that brought smiles to everyone that saw him, especially the patients in his office.
Lance was the beloved husband of Mary Anne (née Feldbaumer) Lipton; loving father of Brielle Dallas (Casey) and Marielle Ellis (Dominic); proud grandfather of Weston, Lilyana and Eden; dear brother of Linda Fithian (Jim), Beverly Anderton (Jim), Joyce Rubietta (Tom), Cheryl Van de Steeg (John) and Dennis Lipton (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM, Monday, September 14, 2026 followed by his Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Calvary Chapel Chester Springs, 217 Dowlin Forge Road, Exton, PA 19341.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be donated to the church in his honor.
