Kathleen H. Williams

Kathleen H. Williams 80, of West Chester, Pa passed away on September, 30 2026.

Born May. 5 1946 in Yeadon to the late Daniel Harkins and Evelyn (nee Phayre) Harkins.

Kathy was raised in Springfield, Pa and attended Springfield High School. She was the beloved wife of the late John Williams. Devoted mother of Lauren Alderman (Steve), John Williams and Brad Williams (Megan). She was also an adoring mom-mom to Anna Williams, Peyton Alderman, Pierce Alderman, Kaitlyn Beck and Isabella Beck. She was proceeded by her sister Carol H. Werner.

Kathy brought curiosity and enthusiasm to everything she did, including her lifelong love of travel. As a tax examiner for Trans America she traveled extensively for work and also enjoyed traveling for pleasure, taking memorable trips to Europe and exploring destinations throughout the United States.

A foodie before the word became fashionable, Kathy loved discovering wonderful restaurants and was especially happy when a good meal included live music. She also held a special place in her heart for the Jersey Shore. Her family spent summers in Ocean City when her children were young, and in later years, she enjoyed time in Stone Harbor.

The holidays brought Kathy great joy. She delighted in decorating her home, preparing beloved family recipes, and baking special treats her loved ones looked forward to each year.

Most of all, Kathy treasured her family and friends. She found her greatest happiness in spending time with her children and grandchildren, sharing laughter, good food, stories, and the simple pleasures of being together. Her warmth, quick wit, and bright spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10 AM to 11 AM, Friday, October 9, 2026 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
