Kathleen Reilly Lisko

Kathleen Reilly Lisko, age 73, of East Lansdowne, PA, passed away on September 25, 2022. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Kathleen was the daughter of the late Joseph I. and Mary Reilly (nee McGehean).

Kathleen is survived by her loving son Timothy Reilly Lisko and daughter-in-law Charity Lisko. Dear sister of Mary Ann DiBello (Frank) and Patricia Ann Roache (the late William). Also survived by her much-loved nieces and nephews Erin Grabish (John), Kathleen Greer (Ryan), Christopher DiBello (Stephanie) and Joseph DiBello (Kate) and her much doted upon great nieces and nephews.

For those who knew Kathleen well, the words professional, elegant, compassionate, caring, selfless, joyous, fun, and supportive only begin to describe her. She was an amazing and strong single mother who seemed to be able to do everything with polish and exquisite style. She worked full time, cared for her mother Mary for a number of years, and poured great energy into loving and
supporting her family and friends. Her caring and compassion extended to all around her. If you needed help or to talk through something, Kathleen was there for you, providing advice and a comforting presence.

Kathleen had a knack for bringing people together. She brought together friends and family to celebrate big occasions as well as the tiny moments of daily life. Kathleen was a magnificent party planner, and found great joy in arranging the details that ensured every event was perfect.

In her professional life, Kathleen devoted herself to the healthcare industry where she helped run multiple medical practices in UPenn and Mercy Fitzgerald Healthcare Systems for almost four decades. She built teams to both run an efficient office and to best serve and care for patients. She was a mentor to those she led and was a shining example of patient advocacy. Kathleen had most recently been employed as the Practice Manager of Penn Center Primary Care in Philadelphia until her retirement in 2015.

Kathleen joins some dear friends and family who passed on before her including Con Cassidy, Kathleen Kidwell, her parents, her brother-in-law William Roache, and more. No doubt there is a joyous reunion party already underway.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 9:30-10:30 AM at St. Thomas of Villanova Church on the campus of Villanova University, 800 E. Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
