June Elizabeth Curley

June Elizabeth Curley, of Springfield, PA, a beloved member of her community, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on January 22, 2026, at the age of 90.

Born in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Naomi (née Everest) Laurino.

June found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often spending Friday nights with her beloved husband, affectionately known as "Curley," at the casinos. These evenings were filled with laughter, love, and the excitement of togetherness, illuminating their bond.

As a mother, June's love knew no bounds. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to raising her daughters, nurturing them with tenderness and strength. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the tantalizing aroma of her amazing cooking. A wonderful homemaker, June took pride in creating a welcoming oasis for her family, ensuring every corner sparkled with care. Her love for cleanliness wasn't merely about maintaining a tidy home; it was an expression of the love and respect she held for her family and their shared space.

For the last two years, June lived with her daughter Lynn and family, where she was lovingly cared for by Lynn, her granddaughter, Cristina, as well as her caregiver, Dawn.

June was the beloved wife of 70 years of Richard Curley, before his passing in 2021. She was the loving mother of Deborah Kaplan, Lynn Iacobucci (Michael), and Lori DiGioia. She was the devoted grandmother of Robert Kaplan, Cristina Lynn Iacobucci, Samantha DiGioia, Michael Kaplan (Kara), and Gina DiGioia, and the caring great-grandmother of Michael J. Iacobucci, Brian Bagley Iacobucci, Kylie Lynn Iacobucci, and Oliva Kaplan. June is also survived by her niece, Kimberly Dobson (Thomas), and her great- grandniece, Serena. June is predeceased by her dear brother, John Laurino, II, and her nephew, John Laurino, III.

Relatives and friends are invited to honor June’s life at a Visitation on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026, followed by a Funeral Mass commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
