Judith Ann McGrath

Judith Ann McGrath, 78, of West Chester, PA, passed away June 12, 2022.

Born July 20, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was a daughter of the late Mack B. and Mary (nee Hurley) Wilson.

She was a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova, PA.  Judith spent most of her career in banking, working for both Fidelity and First Pennsylvania Bank.

She loved being near the beach as evidenced by her many trips as a child to Long Beach Island and family vacations with her husband and son to Ocean City, NJ.  Judith was also a faithful follower of St. Jude and a devout Catholic.

Judith was the beloved wife of Robert J. McGrath, Sr.; loving mother of Robert J. McGrath, Jr.; dear sister of Elizabeth Mann; and adoring best friend of Mary Ann Stritzinger (the late Malcolm). She was predeceased by her sister, Theresa Phillips.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Ss. Simon and Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct., West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.  Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
