Joseph T. F. Quinn

The Honorable Joseph T. F. Quinn (“Joe”), 90, of Upper Darby, PA passed away peacefully on August 11, 2023.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen M. (Clinton), his children Kathleen Quinn-Lyon (Peter), Mary Beth Morrissey (John), CAPT, USN (Ret) Thomas J. Quinn (Heather), Susan Narducci and daughter-in-law Kathleen W. Quinn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sister Barbara Abbott, sister-in-law Peggy Clinton, and brother-in-law William Clinton. Joe is predeceased by his son Joseph T. Quinn, Jr. and his brother Wilfred Quinn. He will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, close friends and colleagues.

Joe graduated from Southeast Catholic High School, Villanova University and Temple School of Law. He was a long-time parishioner at St. Gabriel’s parish in South Philadelphia and later at St. Laurence parish in Upper Darby. His passion was his work as an Assistant District Attorney and a District Judge in Delaware County.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Saint Anastasia’s Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Funeral Mass will immediately follow. Burial will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
