John Porter

John R. Porter, age 83, of Mullica Hill, NJ, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on December 7, 2021.   Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Raymond John and Clara Porter (nee Grenor).

John was a 1958 graduate of Upper Darby High School.  He was a veteran of the United States Army.

John loved painting his home, listening to his radio, walking to Giant in Upper Darby and playing with his friend, Kim’s dog, “Ozzie”.

John is survived by his dear friends Kimberly Fuller, Chuck Fuller, Anthony Fuller, Samantha Fuller, Colletta Harnisch and Justin James.   He was predeceased by his friend, Charles Fuller.

His viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 11:00 AM-12 Noon at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to his Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
