John Kenneth Milligan

John “Jack” K. Milligan, age 83, passed away surrounded by his loving family at Paoli Hospital on July 15, 2026. Beloved son of the late Thomas and Miriam (nee Keen) Milligan. He was born and raised in Salem, NJ, settled with his family in Bear, DE, and spent a decade in The Villages, FL before moving to King of Prussia, PA.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen (nee Zappaterrini) Milligan; children, Erin Milligan-Milburn (Christopher) and John B. Milligan; grandchildren, Miranda and Kieran; brother, Thomas Milligan; sisters, Lee Welch and Sharon Duty.

Jack spent most of his working years as a nuclear controls technician at PSEG. In his younger days he enjoyed his motorcycle and fishing. He was a fan of puzzles of all types, including jigsaws, crosswords, cryptograms, and sudoku.

Service and interment will be private.
