John "Jack" Wozniak, of Newtown Square, PA, sadly passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 91.
Born in Clifton Heights, PA, he was the son of the late William and Myrtle (nee Higgins) Wozniak.
Jack served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, demonstrating courage and commitment that defined his character. After his military service, he dedicated many years of his life to working as a truck driver in the trucking industry, where he was known for his reliability and strong work ethic.
A loving husband for 64 years, Jack deeply valued family. He took pride in being a devoted father, Pop-Pop, and Great Pop-Pop. His warmth and kindness will be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
An avid sports enthusiast, Jack enjoyed golfing and was a loyal fan of the Phillies and Eagles, sharing his passion for sports with his family and friends.
Jack was the beloved husband of 62 years of the late Elizabeth (nee Smith) Wozniak; the loving father Debra Hudman, Michael Wozniak, Beth Wozniak, Laura Wozniak and the late Jacquelyn Marcelli. He was the proud grandfather of Ashley Marcelli (Tom Stevens), Danielle Marcelli, Randi Hartley (Jason), Jamie Siddiqui (Hassan), Jocelyn Pierfy (Mark), Michael Wozniak, Jake Wozniak, and Cole Wozniak. He was the caring great-grandfather of Peyton, Skyler, Maya, Tessa, and Amir. Jack was predeceased by his siblings, William Wozniak (the late Joan) and Joan Snyder (the late Del).
Family and friends are invited to honor Jack at his Visitation on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by his Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment private.
