John Adam Holtz, 32, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on January 2, 2020.
Born in St. Louis, MO in 1987, John was the beloved son of Jeffrey A. Holtz (Josie) and Carol D. (nee Dumas) Frank (Allan) and the loving brother of Michael Holtz, Adrienne Frank, and Kimberly Frank.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:30 AM-12 Noon Monday, January 6, 2020, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610-353-6300, followed by his Memorial Service at 12 Noon.
Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106, would be appreciated.
