John M. Dowling

John Matthew Dowling, 51, of West Chester, PA passed away on December 25, 2023.

Born in Upper Darby, PA in 1972, John was the beloved son of Charles G. and Regina A. (née Milligan) Dowling.

John was the cherished brother of Regina A. Shakin (Jim), Charles G. Dowling Jr. (Maureen) and Claudine O’Neill (Mike); dear uncle of Kelsey, Brendan (Samantha), Connor, Jack, Keegan, Catherine, Delaney, Zachary and Liam.

John John was the brightest light in the Dowling family. He loved oldies music, a good party and his People magazine. He made everyone around him smile with his quick wit and inappropriate comments. John will be remembered for his dramatic hand wave, his beautiful blue eyes and the joy he brought to us all.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing 10:00-11:30 AM Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA followed by his Funeral Mass 11:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
