John L Alton, 76, of Thorndale, PA, passed away on December 20, 2021.
Born in Sioux City, IA in 1945, John was the son of the late Dale and Velma Alton. He served honorably in the US Army. John graduated from the University of Nebraska and worked for Champion International Paper. He enjoyed technology and being on the internet.
John was the beloved husband of Rita Alton; loving father of Marsi Smith (Steve), Kathy Hallett (Richard), and Don Peasley (Linda); dear brother of Mary Agnich (Frank); also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services and interment are private.
