Joan Marie Leunis

Joan Marie Leunis (née Gill), age 93 of Wallingford, PA, formerly of Broomall, PA, passed away on November 26, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mae Gill. 

Joan was employed as a Head Nurse at Bryn Mawr Hospital for over 38 years in their Pediatric Unit.  She was a longtime resident of Broomall and a parishioner of St. Pius X Parish for over 60 years.

Joan was the loving sister of the late Dolores Walsh.  She is survived by several of her dear cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Monday, December 4, 2023, 9:30 to 10:00 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA  19008, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.  Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
