Joan H. McC Davis, 84, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on February 3, 2020.
Born in West Chester, PA in 1935, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Ruth W. (nee Barker) McConnell. Joan loved reading her Bible and told everyone she met “Jesus loves you”.
Joan was the beloved wife of James G. Davis; loving mother of Stephanie C. Linskens (Patrick) and Jennifer H. Peiffer (William); adoring grandmother of Nancy E. Linskens, Faith E. Woodard (Jason), Joseph E. Linskens, Daniel E. Linskens, Benjamin E. Linskens, John E. Linskens, Rachel E. Linskens, Katie E. Smith (Andrei), Patrice N. Flynn (Patrick), and Will P. Peiffer; also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass 10 AM Friday, February 7, 2020 at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 120 St. Elizabeth Drive, Chester Springs, PA 19425. Interment Philadelphia Memorial Park.
