Jean G. Lerro

Jean G. Lerro, 89, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Broomall, PA, passed away on January 29, 2026.

Born September 11, 1936 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Gertrude (nee Ashman) Olin. Jean was the youngest of four (Donald, Raymond & Walter all predeceased).

Jean graduated from Bartram High School, Philadelphia with a business degree.  She had several different jobs including working as a Store Manager for Weinberg’s Department Store in Manoa, PA until her children were born.

Jean was an avid reader and enjoyed her evening cup of coffee (along with her sweets). Her favorite vacation spots was Lake Wallenpaulpak in the Poconos where she spent many years relaxing with family and friends. 

Jean was the devoted & beloved wife of the late Raymond J Lerro; She was the loving mother of Tina L. Ryan,  & Anthony D. Lerro (Sheila); an adoring grandmom to David Lerro, A.J. Lerro (Chandler), Kyle Ryan & Thomas Ryan and a favorite Auntie to her niece Jackie (Olin) Gross.  She will be missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday February 5, 2026 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment is private.
