Jacob Martin Lovenworth, age 28, of Bryn Mawr, PA, passed away on January 15, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Marc A. and Donna K. Lovenworth (nee Killmer).
In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his siblings Aaron Lovenworth and Elyse Lovenworth (Joseph Zumpano) and his St. Edmond's family.
Services will be private. There will be a celebration of Jacob's life at St. Edmonds Home on January 29th, from 2pm to 4pm.
Contributions in Jacob's memory to St. Edmond's Home, 320 S. Roberts Road, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 would be appreciated.
