Iva Elizabeth Wambold, 89, of West Chester, PA, passed away on May 1, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 30, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Sara Elizabeth (Patterson) Hohl.
Iva was the Valedictorian of her Nursing class at Chester Co Hospital and worked at Riddle Hospital for over 30 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was a lifelong member of the former of Reformed Presbyterian Church (PCA) in West Chester. She was a woman of faith and loved the Lord and is now Rejoicing with our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
Iva was the beloved wife of the late Donald A. Wambold, Sr.; loving mother of Donald A. Wambold, Jr. of West Chester, PA, Carolyn Rae Kerns of Telford, PA, and David B. Wambold of Virginia Beach, VA; adoring grandmother of Savannah and Sarah Kerns of Telford, PA and Maxwell Wambold of Virginia Beach, VA; loving aunt to Pat Hohl of CA, Andrew and Mildred Hohl of CO, Robin Singleton of GA, and Melissa Baine of Trumbersville, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Service 2 PM Friday, May 4, 2018 at Iron Works Church, 312 W. Union Street, West Chester, PA 19382.
Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Pocopson Nursing Home Activities Fund, 1695 Lenape Road, West Chester, PA 19382, would be appreciated
