Harrison Barkes

It is with sadness and a heavy heart, we announce that a blessed member of

our

family, Harrison P. Barkes, age 27, of Malvern, PA, passed away on July 3, 2018.



Harrison attended Bloomsburg University, Great Valley High School, and St. Mary Magdalen for grade school. He spent his childhood in Drexel Hill and Malvern, PA.

Harrison enjoyed music, surfing and beach sports, playing with his dog Molly, and most of all talking with his siblings.



Harrison robustly captured life and gave completely of himself.

He loved with all of his heart and found beauty in everything and shared his joy with all of those around him.

The common and continuous thread through Harrison's life was of love for each person and animal.



He is survived by his mother Sundae D. Hneleski (Dr. Ignatius Hneleski, III), his siblings Ignatius Hneleski, IV, Victoria R. Hneleski, Julia E. Hneleski and Gabriella W. Hneleski.

Grandson of Janet and Roger Barkes, Edna Hneleski and the late Dr. Ignatius Hneleski, Jr.

Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday, July 16, 2018 9:30-10:30 AM St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3500 School Lane, Drexel Hill, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.

Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.



In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Providence Animal Center, (formerly the Delaware County SPCA), 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 would be appreciated.
