Gloria M. DeMitis (nee Rossetti), age 92, of Wayne, PA, passed away on June 25, 2018.
Born in Narberth, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Rossetti (nee Mariani).
Gloria was a very religious woman.
Her Catholic faith, family and the Blessed Mother were very important to her. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Katharine of Siena Church.
She enjoyed music and singing, but her true passion was flowers.
She enjoyed designing Christmas cards with pressed flowers.
Gloria was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dominic A. DeMitis, Sr., whom she shared 62 years of marriage and her son, Andrew DeMitis (Collette).
She is survived by her loving children Jeanette D. Welborn (Ed), Denise DiGiovanni (Paul), Michelle Bednar (George), Renee Melvin (Pat), Dominic A. DeMitis, Jr. (Lisa), her 12 grandchildren Deanna, Donielle, Patrick, Christine, Katelyn, Jennie, Eddie, Lauren, Emily, Gianna, Andrew Lee and Marissa and her 5 great-grandchildren Maya, Julianna, Leila, Isabella and Sophia.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, June 29, 2018 9:00 AM-10:50 AM St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 S. Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Main Line Health Hospice, 240 N. Radnor-Chester Road, Suite 100, Radnor, PA 19087 would be appreciated.
