George Bollendorf

George P. Bollendorf, age 76, of Broomall, PA, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2022.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Howard and Virginia (née Engle) Bollendorf.

George loved God and his family.  He was a proud Veteran who served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.  George also loved dogs, enjoyed painting, and was an avid Philly sports team fan, who especially liked the Phillies and Eagles.

George was the beloved husband of Carol A. (née Moore) Bollendorf; loving father of Kimberly Bjerrehave, George Bollendorf, Jr. (Karen), Christina Migliaccio, and Kara Krall.  He was the proud grandfather of Ashley, Emily, Rachel, Erin, George III, Jason, Lexi, and Dominic; and great-grandfather of Ella, Gunnar, Andrew, and Anna.  He is also survived by his brother, Howard Bollendorf (Sandra) and predeceased by his brother, Raymond Bollendorf.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Saturday, February 12, 2022, 9 – 11 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA  19073, followed by his Funeral Mass, 11 AM.  Funeral Mass to be live streamed at www.saintanastasia.net/mass-times beginning at 11 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.  Family requests guests please wear facial masks to all services.
