Frederick Charles Glasier, Jr.

Frederick Charles Glasier, Jr., 86, of Elverson, PA, formerly of Downingtown, PA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on April 26, 2025.

Born April 2, 1939 in Irvington, NJ, he was a son of the late Frederick C. and Elizabeth G. (nee Stine) Glasier. He graduated from Jonathan Dayton Regional High School in 1957. He attended Pennsylvania Military College (PMC) and served in the Army Reserves from 1957 - 1964. He worked for H.S. Crocker as a Sales Engineer and was recently retired.

Fred was the beloved husband of 56 years of Suzan (nee Bauer) Glasier; loving father of Brian Glasier (Amy) and Lauren McGaulley (Brian); and adoring grandfather of Alex Glasier, Emily Glasier, Parker McGaulley, and Maggie McGaulley.

Fred will be remembered by those who knew him for his smile, love of furry and feathered friends, sailing on Marsh Creek and enthusiasm for owning and driving cars. He was always available to support his family in what ever they did. He will truly be missed by all.

Services will be private.
