Frederick E. Foellner, born on August 4, 1930, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of strength and dedication, having proudly served in the Army.
Frederick is survived by his beloved sister, Evelyn E. Smith (late Ray Funk), his niece, Lori Clapcich (Dave), and his great nieces and nephews, Tom, Mike, and Rachel Hager. Their fond memories of Frederick will forever resonate in their hearts.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie (nee Bingham) Foellner, whose love and companionship significantly shaped his life. Frederick was also preceded by his parents, Oscar and Laura May (nee Mills) Foellner, his brother, Donald M. Foellner, his sister, Dorothy Lilley, and his brother-in-law, John R. Smith.
A graveside service to honor Frederick E. Foellner will be held on June 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM, at Glenwood Memorial Gardens in Broomall, Pennsylvania. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of a man who provided steadfast support and love to those fortunate enough to know him.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frederick's name to Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pk, West Chester, PA 19380, bvspca.org, would be appreciated.
Frederick's spirit will live on in the cherished memories of his family and friends, as well as in the countless lives he touched throughout his remarkable journey.
