Frank Correale, 97, of West Chester, PA, and formerly of Aldan, PA, passed away on April 5, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1920, he was the son of the late Angelo and Teresa Correale.
Frank served honorably in the US Navy during WWII on the USS Borie in the South Pacific.
He was the beloved husband of the late Ann Margaret (nee Canino) Correale; loving father of Jane F. DiRico (Joseph) and John F. Correale (Barb); devoted grandfather of Stephen DiRico (Michelle), Lisa Heim (Patrick), John Correale (Jamie), Christine Correale (John Smolenski), Mark Correale, and Greg Correale (Giulia Mangano); dear great-grandfather of Nicholas DiRico, Caroline DiRico, Andrew Correale, Michael Heim, Charlie Smolenski, and James Heim; predeceased by his brother, Phillip Correale, and sister, Helen Talley.
The Correale family would like to thank Tina, Dennine, and especially Esie of Sunrise of Westtown and Holistic Care Hospice for the loving care they provided to Frank.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 9-9:50 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at St. Maximilian Kolbe, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Rd, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM.
Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
Memorial contributions, in Frank's Memory, to Holistic Care Hospice, 685 Kromer Ave, Berwyn, PA 19312 would be appreciated.
