Francis Brian McIlvaine

FRANCIS BRIAN McILVAINE, of Wallingford, PA, a distinguished businessman and devoted family man, passed away on April 30, 2026 at the age of 80.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John S. and Margaret (née Roddy) McIlvaine.

Known for his exceptional business acumen, Brian was respected by his peers and community for his keen entrepreneurial spirit. His dedication to his work was matched by his unwavering commitment to his family, with whom he shared a deep and abiding bond. Since his marriage to Bonnie in 1987, he was a loving and faithful husband, a partnership grounded in mutual respect and affection. Francis also shared a particularly special relationship with his younger brother, Lee, to whom he was very close throughout his life.

Brian was the beloved husband of Bonnie (née Brown) McIlvaine; the loving step-father of Steven Brown and Chris Brown. He was the dear brother of Lee McIlvaine and Jack McIlvaine and his wife Betty. He is predeceased by his brothers, Paul McIlvaine and Price McIlvaine.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Villanova, PA.
