Eugene Holmes, Jr.

Eugene Holmes, Jr., age 71, of Broomall, PA, passed away on July 8, 2022.   Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Eugene Holmes, Sr. and Louise Holmes (nee Johnson).

Eugene was a graduate of Simon Gratz High School in Philadelphia.   He was a veteran of the United States Army.   He had been employed as an electrician.

Eugene is survived by his brothers Everett Johnson and Roy Sturdivant (Betty), 10 Aunts, 5 Uncles and many nieces and nephews.   He was predeceased by his brothers Bernard Sturdivant, Clifton Sturdivant, Raymond Holmes and Dennis Holmes.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Graveside Service on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Avenue, Newtown, PA.
