Errol Lawhorne

Errol V. “Bud” Lawhorne, age 73, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on August 6, 2021 from an unexpected illness.

Born in Waynesboro, VA, he was the son of the late Homer F. and Elizabeth M. Lawhorne (nee Tisdale).

He enjoyed cooking and was an avid reader and history buff.  He enjoyed watching the history channel and taking rides with his wife through scenic Chester County.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandsons.  He was also very proud of his service in the US Army.

Bud was the beloved husband, for 53 years, of Linda R. Lawhorne (née Carr); loving father of Michelle L. Drozda (Stephen) and Brian P. Lawhorne; proud grandfather of Stephen Drozda and Brandon Drozda; brother of Barbara Kaye Lee, Ralph Lawhorne (Elizabeth), and the late Ronnie Lawhorne.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visit with his family 1:00-3:30 PM Thursday, August 19, 2021 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335 followed by his Life Celebration 3:30 PM. Interment private.
