Ellysha MacIvor Baker “Sketch”, of Upper Darby, formally Haverford, PA passed away on January 23rd, 2026.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and service that will be cherished by her family and the communities she touched throughout her lifetime.
A dedicated professional, Ellysha served as a Labor and Delivery nurse and paramedic, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. In her younger years, she ran with the Llanerch Fire Company and was a proud member of the Pennsylvania Civil Air Patrol, reflecting her deep-seated desire to support and care for those around her.
Ellysha was an artist who found great fulfillment in sharing and teaching her creative expression with others. She had a deep love for animals and a joyful presence that resonated with children, particularly her treasured grandchildren, Jack and Ellie. An avid camper, she found comfort and happiness in nature, where she enjoyed family moments and life’s simple joys.
She is survived by her children, Ian Baker (Leah), Leigh Baker, and Kenny Baker; grandchildren, Jack and Ellie; her mother, Sharron Ellyce, her siblings, Sheila MacIvor, David MacIvor, Phillip MacIvor, and Jonathan MacIvor; as well as many nieces and nephews who adored her. Ellysha's presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the fortune to know and experience her love.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth MacIvor, and her sister, Rachel MacIvor, who now rest in peace.
Family and friends are invited to honor Ellysha's memory during a visitation on January 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM, both taking place at Donohue Funeral Home, 366 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA. Interment at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA.
