Elizabeth R. Harvey

Elizabeth R. Harvey, 95, of Devon, Pennsylvania passed away on June 29, 2024. Bette was the beloved wife of the late C. Randolph Harvey and is survived by her daughter Julia E. Rouvina.

Bette graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1951 with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and retired from Bryn Mawr College in 1993 after 21 years. 

Following retirement, Bette spent time focused on her art, and enjoying her family and home. One of Bette’s paintings was used for the Bryn Mawr College annual Christmas Card in 1987 and was later featured as Christmas Card selection in the 1990 Cartier of New York Greeting Card catalog.

Bette also had a love of music and had been a member of the Mendelssohn Club, The Savoy Opera Company and the Wayne Choral Society. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Penn Memory Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
