Edgar M. Nyhus

Edgar M. “Ed” Nyhus, 91, of Springfield, PA passed away on March 3, 2022. He is predeceased by his parents Ivar and Louise (nee Davis) Nyhus.

Ed was a devout Catholic, a caring, generous and genuine family man. He enjoyed going to the Jersey shore; especially Stone Harbor, North Wildwood and Sea Isle and also going to dinner at the Clam Tavern in Clifton Heights. What Ed loved the most though was spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ed is survived by his beloved wife Teresa of 71 years, loving children Kathleen M. Wallen (Jim), Joanne T. McKee (Joe), Edward M. Nyhus (Teri-Lyn), his adoring grandchildren Joseph McKee, Erin Curry, Bryan McKee, Casey Nyhus, Riley Nyhus and his cherished great-grandchildren Conor, Mason, Caden, Amelia & Lily.

Family and friends are invited to his Visitation on Friday March 11^th from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 2130 Franklin Ave. Morton, PA 19070 followed by his 11:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment: SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
