Donna Ann Pinketti Rickards

Donna Ann Pinketti Rickards, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on October 23, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Donna was the daughter of Anna (née Donnelly) Panichi and the late Jack O’Neill.

Donna was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia and spent most of her teens and early adult years in the Overbrook section of the city. Donna attended grade school at St. Clements and graduated West Catholic High School in 1978. An avid sports fan, Donna truly loved her Phillies as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition to spending time with her family she adored her time with her grandchildren and loved attending their games and recitals. Donna was known for her fun personality and her love of dancing - especially Disco music. Whether it was a Saturday night, out, or simply home cooking and cleaning - Donna loved being around all kinds of upbeat music.

Donna Ann was the beloved wife of Charles E. “Chickie” Rickards; the loving mother of Frankie Pinketti and Jessica Minnis (Bill). She was the devoted grandmother of Brooklyn Pinketti, Adrianna Minnis, Gia Minnis, Joseph Pinketti, Francesca Pinketti, Anthony Pinketti, Francis Pinketti, and Priya Pinketti. She was the caring step-grandmother of Alexa Nefferdorf and Tyler Nefferdorf.

Services to honor Donna will take place on Monday, November 9, 2026, beginning with a Visitation, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA. Interment private.
