Dolores "Adele" Waldecker

Dolores “Adele” Waldecker (née Connaughton), age 94, of Broomall, PA, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2022.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (née Benckert) Connaughton.

Adele was a graduate of Most Blessed Sacrament, Class of 1941, and West Catholic Girls High, Class of 1945.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband throughout the U.S. and abroad. 

Adele was the beloved wife of the late Charles J. Waldecker, Jr.; the loving mother of Charles J. Waldecker, III, Joseph Waldecker, and Janet Waldecker.  She is predeceased by her brother, Joseph Connaughton, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, Monday, June 13, 2022, 9:30 – 11:00 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008, followed by her Funeral Mass, 11:00 AM.  Interment Calvary Cemetery, W. Conshohocken, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Pius X Church, at above address, would be appreciated.
