Dolores Emma Brough

Dolores Emma Brough (nee Kearney), age 94, of Havertown, PA, passed peacefully in her home of 62 years that she loved dearly on January 25, 2026.

Born in Upper Darby, PA in 1931, she was the daughter of the late Vincent DePaul and Emma (nee McNamara) Kearney. Dolores was a 1945 graduate of St. Carthage School and a 1949 graduate of West Catholic Girls High School. She was a devout Catholic and a former member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. Dolores was an avid reader. She loved to collect Santa Claus figurines as well as Blessed Mother Statues.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late John J. Brough, Sr.; devoted mother of 9 children: John Joseph Brough, Jr. (Carol), Dolores Emma Bertoti (the late Willy), Mary Elizabeth Emond (John), Vincent DePaul Brough, Andrew Gerard Brough (Dien), Patrick Gerard Brough (Mary), Michael Gerard Brough (Mary Pat), Timothy Gerard Brough (Andrea), and Maureen Anne Brough; caring sister of Dottie, Tess, and Bettie; loving Grammy of 21 and Great-Grandmother of 26. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Dolores's Funeral Mass on Monday February 2, 2026, 11:00 AM at Annunciation B.V.M. Church. Interment is Private.
