Christopher Tedesco

Christopher James Tedesco, 63, of North East, MD, passed away June 16, 2021 at his home after a long illness.

Born February 19, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Dr. Orlando P. and Elizabeth (nee Sheehan) Tedesco.

Graduate of Penncrest High School, Chris spent his career driving big rigs until 2016. In recent years, he liked to spend his time traveling to auctions and looking for his next great deal!

Chris would be described by friends and family as fiercely loyal, kind and gentle soul.

Chris was the beloved husband of Laura H. (nee Torelli) Tedesco; loving father of Dana M. Hager (Greg), Tessa G. Tedesco; caring step-father of Jason O. Will (Amanda), Katrina M. Sellers (Nicholas), Angelina R. Will, Jonathan P. Will (Skeeter), Celeste C. Brandli (Alan), and Sharon R. Thompson; adoring grandfather of Matthew Hager, Isabel Will, Anna Sellers, Nicholas Sellers, Anthony Sellers, Cameron Brandli, Will Brandli, Charlotte Brandli, and Bryce Thompson; and dear brother of Mary Beth Lanza (Timothy), Michael, Patrice Cox, James (Brenda) and John (MariJo). He was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Tedesco.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-10:55 AM Thursday,  July 1, 2021 at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063 followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to The Kidney Foundation, 325 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106.
