Christopher C. Carney

Christopher C. Carney, of Morton, PA, cherished husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026, at the age of 65, surrounded by family.

Christopher was the devoted husband of Colleen (née McCarthy) Carney and the loving father of his daughter, Clare. He is also survived by his beloved brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many friends and colleagues. He was predeceased by his dear sister, Teresa Light.

An accomplished procurement manager, Christopher devoted his career to Boeing, where his expertise and dedication were respected by all who worked with him.

Outside of his professional life, Christopher found joy in the outdoors and in life’s quieter pleasures. He loved walking, biking, and hiking, traveling and collecting rocks along the way. He especially cherished time spent at the Wildwood shore and at Longwood Gardens, and he greatly enjoyed attending concerts and live music events.

For 16 years, Christopher courageously fought a rare form of cancer with remarkable strength and resilience, receiving care at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Contributions to FCCC in Christopher’s name would be greatly appreciated.

In keeping with Christopher’s wishes, a private Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Chapel.
